You already own the amber glass jar, so this is the refill — 90 capsules in a resealable kraft pouch. Cheaper to make, cheaper to ship, and it means we're not sending you another glass jar every month for no reason.

Per daily dose of 3 capsules

• Beef spleen — 500 mg (heme iron)
• Beef liver — 375 mg (vitamin B12, vitamin A, copper)
• Beef heart — 300 mg (coenzyme Q10)
• Beef kidney — 200 mg (selenium)
• Bone marrow — 125 mg (glycine)

Total 1500 mg. Capsule shell: bovine gelatin. No fillers, no flow agents, no proprietary blend.

Storage

Decant into your amber jar and keep the lid on. Amber glass keeps light off the fat-soluble vitamins — that's the actual reason it exists, not a design choice. The pouch reseals if you'd rather leave it in there, but the jar is better.
