Superfood Gummies
There are two kinds of iron. You have only ever been sold the one that doesn't absorb.
Every iron tablet is built on a mineral salt — ferrous sulphate, ferrous fumarate, bisglycinate. That's non-heme iron: chemically the same form found in spinach and lentils. It's poorly absorbed, and it's blocked by coffee, tea, dairy and wholegrains. Whatever isn't absorbed carries on down the gut, which is where the side effects come from.
Heme iron is different. It stays bound inside animal tissue and uses a completely separate absorption pathway — one that none of those things block.
Why spleen, and not liver
The spleen is the exact organ where the body breaks down worn-out red blood cells and reclaims the iron from them. It is, quite literally, the animal's iron workshop — and the richest natural source of heme iron there is.
Every other organ supplement leads with liver, because liver is the organ people have heard of. Liver is a brilliant source of B12 and vitamin A. It simply isn't the iron organ. So spleen is our largest ingredient, not our smallest.
The whole formula, per daily dose of 3 capsules
- Beef spleen — 500 mg (heme iron)
- Beef liver — 375 mg (vitamin B12, vitamin A, copper)
- Beef heart — 300 mg (coenzyme Q10)
- Beef kidney — 200 mg (selenium)
- Bone marrow — 125 mg (glycine)
Total 1500 mg. Capsule shell: bovine gelatin. Nothing else — no rice flour, no magnesium stearate, no proprietary blend. Every competitor hides behind the word "blend", a single total that could be ninety percent of the cheapest ingredient. We print the milligrams on the front of the jar.
What we are legally allowed to say
Supplements may only use officially authorised health claims, in exactly the prescribed wording. No hormone balance, no cycle support, no libido, no menopause. We think that rule is a good one, so rather than dance around it, here is precisely what is permitted:
- Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin; to normal oxygen transport in the body; and to the normal function of the immune system.
- Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal psychological function, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Copper contributes to normal iron transport in the body.
- Selenium contributes to normal thyroid function and to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.
- Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and to the maintenance of normal skin.
- Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes.
Sourcing and testing
100% grass-fed and grass-finished cattle, single-farm sourced. Freeze-dried at low temperature to retain nutrient content, then encapsulated to GMP standards. Every production batch is independently screened for heavy metals and microbiological contamination and verified against the declared nutrient amounts. The QR code on the base of your jar opens the report for your specific batch — not one certificate reused across every run.
How to take it
Three capsules a day with a meal and water. If you're sensitive, start with one and build up over a week. Iron stores rebuild over weeks to months rather than days, which is why the 3-month supply exists and why the guarantee runs for 180 days.
Who shouldn't take this
